Our History
Ekontainer as a construtech, founded by engineer Thomaz Yves in 2018, together with its partners and professionals in engineering and architecture, has been developing more and more innovative projects in container, using technology as a partner in a single purpose that is to offer its customers the option of living in a smart home, capable of carrying out tasks by simple touch or voice command.
Technology as a whole implies not only having a smart home, but also using materials developed with technology and sustainability, in order to bring aesthetic, environmental and durability comfort.
This division created by Ekontainers, received the name of Ekoinnovation and lives up to it, offers a new style of living, applying automation, making the house able to generate and store its own energy through solar panels, capture and store water of rain and destines it to its proper places, to have all its electrical network configured by conjugated circuits, being able to be commands by voice or use of applications, in other words, the resident can have total dominion over his house even though he is miles away.
Ekoinnovation’s projects were designed by the founder of Ekontainers and developed by Ponto A – Modular Architecture, where all stages of the projects underwent compatibility feasibility studies through the participation of all professionals involved in each stage of construction, after all, designing and performing are two tasks that must always go hand in hand.
With all this, the main purpose of Ekontainers is to offer the possibility of purchasing houses, so that the owner does not come to worry about any of the exhausting steps that the masonry work imposes, to give efficient use to a container that, for its due purposes no longer serve and would be discarded, use natural resources in favor of the environment and for all users, deliver the house 100% ready with a term five times faster and in addition pay up to 35% cheaper compared to what you would spend with the masonry.
